DYNAMITE CHEESE STICKS

This recipe was introduced to me by a good friend of mine, who happens to be a student in an International school for culinary. My Mom and brother loved it, so I decided to make my own recipe of it.

Ingredients:

Cheese
ground beef
lumpia wrapper
tomatoes
garlic
onions
salt&pepper
green chilis

Procedure:
1. Saute ground beef in garlic, onion,and tomatoes.
2. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
3. Cut cheese into sticks
4. Cut the green chilis at the middleand remove the seeds.
5. Fill in green chilis with cheese and ground beef.
6. Wrap it using lumpia wrapper.
7. Seal in with egg wash/water.
8. Deep fry, and serve with garlic mayo sauce.

2. HYGIENE KIT- Being trained in terms of hygiene, makes a good impression. Its is never enough to be pretty. It is always important to stay clean, and sanitized, and neat.
